Cancellations

PenFelt Studio Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 7 or more days before the workshop: No charge.

• Cancellations 7 - 2 days prior to workshop: Cancellation fee of 50% of the tuition.

  EXCEPTION: if there is someone on the waitlist who can take your spot, I will waive the cancellation fee.

• Cancellations 48 hours or less prior to workshop: I cannot issue a refund if you cancel 48 hours or less prior to a workshop. At this point, I have purchased materials for the class and am counting on your attendance. If you have to cancel you’re welcome to send a friend in your place.

  NOTE: If you can’t make the class, you can send a friend in your place, or donate your spot to someone who couldn’t afford it (I can help with that).
