The holey felt scarf (or 'cobweb scarf') is a classic feltmaking project with countless variations. Through a specific layup technique you achieve a lacy, holey texture without ever having to get out the scissors.

Great for beginners to wet felting, and also intermediate students who want to learn the keys to making this type of layup successfully.
