Learn to make darling little cakes for the sweeties in your life… grandchildren, best friends, partners, etc. Who wouldn’t want one?? Using very simple supplies - just a felting needle and raw wool - we'll create beautiful and intricate desserts inspired by Japanese felt dessert master Rio Fukuda. 

This class will teach you all the basics of needle felting via the cake project. You’ll learn about the gauges of different felting needles, what fibers work best, and what tools are available to speed up the process. If you have been wanting to make little felted critters or other small sculptures, join us for cakes, then apply the felting skills you learn your next project of any subject.
