Felt Club is a monthly crafty gathering open to people who have taken at least one felting workshop with LeBrie. Bring your own felting project that you’ve been wanting to work on, or felt along with LeBrie’s monthly project.
“British Bake Off x FELT CLUB: it’s bread week, babies! Beautiful wool bakes are smooth, rounded shapes that are covered with several thin layers of fiber for that perfect golden brown crust. This is a great chance to work on felts that don’t look ‘flattened out’ and refine your shading technique.” -LeBrie

WHAT IS FELT CLUB? Felt Club is a choose-your-own adventure crafty gathering. Part craft night, part guided workshop - a gathering space for felting enthusiasts to have dedicated work time in a good vibes environment.
WHO IS IT FOR? Felt Club is for anyone who wants to make time to be creative. Working with our hands calms the nervous system and cultivates well-being. Let’s make space to do that more, and in community with like-minded folks!
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM LEBRIE’S REGULAR FELTING WORKSHOPS? It’s for people who have taken at least one class and are ready to experiment and play in felt. The ‘project of the month’ will be more complex and open-ended than LeBrie’s typical beginner-level workshops.
WHAT ARE WE ACTUALLY MAKING? Two options: You can use this time to get started on your own felting project that you’ve been meaning to work on. LeBrie is available for consultation and encouragement. Alternately, come without an agenda and felt along with LeBrie on the ‘project of the month’. Or do both!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Bring materials from your stash if you want to work with fiber you already have. It’s also perfectly OK to come empty handed and buy what you need in class. Fiber is $7/oz and there will be plenty. Your creations get weighed at the end - so you only pay for what you use. Extra fiber and tools are for sale if you need them too.
WHEN IS IT? Felt club is 12pm - 3pm on the 4th Sunday of the month. Sometimes the date or time will will vary. The vibe is causal - drop by anytime during the open hours.
WHAT IS EXTRA SPECIAL AND FUN??? Show and Tell! Bring your felting experiments if you want to share them. Let’s inspire each other. Show and Tell begins promptly at 2 pm.
