Join me for a live virtual online class to make a mound of mushrooms out of wool!
Hosted by Alliance for the Arts in Fort Myers, FL in conjunction with the exhibition Plays Well With Others.
Using needle felting techniques, we’ll create a mossy knoll with mushrooms and a ladybug that fits in the palm of your hand. You'll learn all about needle felting: what types of fibers work best, selecting appropriate felting needles, and how to sculpt complex shapes.
Follow along and ask questions in real time with instruction and demonstration from LeBrie Rich (Duchess of Felt).
All materials and tools will be provided in the full class supply kit. Local kit pickup in Fort Myers, FL and Portland, Oregon will be available - or we can ship your kit.
This workshop is open to ages 10 and over.
Note that this class starts at 11am (Portland time) or 2pm (Florida time).
